Human beings have the potential for inner evolution within them. They can find the happiness and fulfillment through this for which they have been seeking externally in vain. Human beings have been trying to find both the answers to the mystery of the world and the ultimate satisfaction for ages, and now they can access higher consciousness by removing limited frequencies from their psyche and letting the thoughts flow into the mind.



Consciousness psychology believers say that humanity is evolving into learning how to better function within group consciousness through many different social settings that present several personal challenges as a by-product of the bifurcation and Ascension cycle.

The emergence of consciousness groups has helped people to raise their frequencies of thought. Ascension is defined as raising one’s frequency of thought and emotion and gets connected with the Universal Mind. The universal mind is omnipresent and helps people to have inner clarity and transform themselves.

Nature of Universal Consciousness

The whole universe is inhabited by living energies, called souls, spirits, or consciousness. One higher consciousness occupies the entire boundless universal space. The nature of the Universal Mind is:
  • Omniscience (all knowing)
  • Omnipotence (all powerful)
  • Omnificence (all creative) and
  • Omnipresence (always present)
Humans have access to all knowledge, both known and unknown. The conscious mind nothing is impossible as it has access to infinite power and limitless creativity of the One Creator. We are all connected, not only to other living beings but to all of Nature and to everything in the Universe.

What Does Consciousness Psychology Teach Us?

According to consciousness psychology, there exists an entire range of different levels of consciousness rising up to the Supreme apart from the form of consciousness in which human beings spend their life and which, in their ignorance, they assume to be the only one conceivable. It is possible for human beings to attain this Pure Luminous Consciousness on which rest their hope of liberation, and they may begin to see with sufficient clarity the tragedy of the mental labyrinth in which they find themselves trapped. They are not aware of this labyrinth and are oblivious that they themselves have built it with their undisciplined thoughts which swirl around unceasingly in their mind, with no definite goal. 

Each and every human being is a manifestation of this single Universal Consciousness. Humans are so used to assigning consciousness only to human thought that it takes some adjustment to see it as universal, or cosmic, which can be applied at all levels. 

To understand Universal Consciousness you need to experience it and think beyond the ordinary level of understanding. This higher consciousness will help you to know yourself and perceive the whole cosmic connection, transform you and change your idea about life, death and everything in between. The first step to understanding higher consciousness is the elimination of separateness. There is no experience of body or thoughts when you are experiencing consciousness.
